As an admin, you will be expected as part of Greenovator’s team focusing on your ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help people. You have to report directly to Director of Operations.
Job Description for Office Administrator
Answering general quires by telephone, email, post or in person and handovering the call to appropriate
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
Maintaining confidential information
Communication with government offices under supervision of Director of Operations as necessary
Communication with the bank as necessary (e.g. request bank statement, transfer money, etc.)
Regular checking the email and responding immediately
Make travel arrangement for the team such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Keeping office clean and tidy
Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings in and out and reordering supplies under supervision of Finance
